WHAT A POOR GUY


                  Once upon a time, there was a happy couple who thought that they never would seperate. One day, he asked his wife whether she would love him even if he shaved his beard. 
(COMPLEX SENTENCES)
She thought this question for a long time and she answered that he could shave.(COMPLEX-COMPOUND SENTENCE) 
He shaved excitedly and she saw him.(COMPOUND SENTENCE)  
Because of his appearance, she disgusted him and she left him.(COMPLEX-COMPOUND SENTENCE) 
She  left him suddenly because he had a long neck like a giraffe.(COMPOUND SENTENCE)

    Dear Lovely Girls,
    I liked your story. I felt sorry for the guy who was left by his wife as he did not have any beard any more, though. In terms of the sentence types, your simple sentences are fine. However, I think the sentence "she left him suddenly because he had a long neck like a giraffe" is a complex sentence as it has one independent clause (she left him) and one dependent clause (he had a long neck like a giraffe) joined by a subordinating conjunction "because".
    Keep up the good work.
